- Familiarity with any one open-source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
- Well-informed of tools like SIPP, Fail2ban & IPtables
- Proper understanding of Networking concepts
- Possess positive troubleshooting skills
- Acquaintance with MySQL Database
- Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration
- Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving attitude
- Good experience in Client Support
