- Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners through various channels.
- Research and identify suitable individuals/business owners interested in travel franchises.
- Make outbound calls and conduct meetings with prospective franchisees.
- Explain the Gogaga Holidays franchise business model, benefits, investment requirements, and support system.
- Conduct presentations and business discussions with potential franchise partners.
- Understand prospect requirements and evaluate their suitability for the franchise chance.
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and work toward successful franchise closures.
- Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and franchise onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, business development, travel sales, or real-estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
- Good lead-generation and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Willingness to work from the Begumpet office.
