Job Summary

Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced CFO to manage finance, accounts, taxation, cash flow, budgeting, compliance, and financial planning for its real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage finance, accounts, taxation and financial planning.
- Prepare budgets, MIS, cash flow and financial reports.
- Monitor project costs, profitability and cash flow.
- Manage banking, funding, working capital and investor relations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax and statutory compliance.
- Review project financials, feasibility and investment plans.
- Control costs, expenses and financial risks.
- Guide the finance and accounts team.
- Work with management on business strategy and financial decisions.





Candidate Requirements

- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
- 12–20 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction.
- Solid knowledge of Real Estate Finance, Project Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Compliance.
- Experience in MIS, budgeting, cash flow, funding and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of RERA and real estate financial processes.
- Good leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
