- Conduct engaging personality development and communication skills sessions.
- Train students in public speaking, confidence building, and interpersonal skills.
- Help learners improve verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and interactive training sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their personal development goals.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Create a positive, energetic, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid command of spoken English.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and personality development.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach.
- Prior training or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends as per the schedule.
