Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.

Provide coaching and training to improve negotiation, presentation, follow-up, and closing skills.

Personally handle key/high-value clients and support the team in critical negotiations..





Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and corporate clients & implement effective stratagies to maximise revenue.

Coordinate with Marketing for lead generation, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Strong leadership and team-management skills

Excellent communication, networking analytical and relationship-management skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
