Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Service Maps, Report & Dashboards.

- Robust knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting within ITOM environments.
- Competence in integrating ITOM solutions with other enterprise systems and tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
