The Service Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting service-related offers, generating service leads, and ensuring customer retention through effective follow-ups and communication. The role focuses on increasing service bookings and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Conduct field visits to meet customers, promote services, and build relationships
- Promote periodic service, value-added services, and special service campaigns
- Generate service leads through calls, digital platforms, and field activities
- Follow up with existing customers for due/overdue service
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
- Inform customers about service offers, AMC packages, and discounts
- Support customer retention and loyalty programs
- Achieve monthly service marketing targets
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree
- Experience in automobile/service marketing preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work with targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
