Smart Maths Academy is looking for a responsible and organized Work Assistant to support our daily class management and coordination activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assign classes to students and manage the daily class schedule
- Coordinate with parents regarding class timings and schedules
- Communicate with parents regularly regarding classes, homework, and updates
- Prepare and assign homework to students
- Check and maintain homework records
- Coordinate with teachers/students to decide suitable class timings
- Maintain daily student/class records
- Prepare and maintain monthly class records
- Track completed classes, homework, tests, and other academic activities
- Send daily updates/reports as required
- Handle basic computer work, data entry, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Must have a Laptop or Computer
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Word
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating with parents on WhatsApp/calls
- Ability to work independently from home
- Prior experience in school, tuition, coaching, administration, or coordination will be an advantage
