Civil Engineer – PPM & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities for university buildings and campus infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify civil maintenance requirements.
- Plan and monitor repair, renovation, waterproofing, masonry and general civil maintenance works.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, estimates, BOQs and work reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams for timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Monitor quality, safety and timely completion of assigned works.
- Maintain records of PPM activities, complaints, repairs and maintenance status.

Eligibility & Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
- PPM / Planned Preventive Maintenance experience – Mandatory
- Relevant experience in building/campus/facility maintenance preferred.
- Candidates with primarily construction/project execution experience are not preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in vendor/contractor management will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
