- Attend customers and explain gold loan products.
- Verify KYC documents and process loan applications.
- Support gold appraisal and maintain accurate records.
- Handle loan documentation, receipts, renewals, and closures.
- Follow up on interest payments and overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and branch procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; experience in gold loan, banking, NBFC, or customer service is preferred.
- Positive communication and basic computer skills.
- Honest, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
