Urgent Hiring – Placement Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate student placements and recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Arrange interviews, job fairs, and campus hiring events.
- Assist students with career guidance, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
- Maintain placement records and reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, placement, or career services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
