About us

Dr. Sobti's Dental Care is a premium, implant-focused dental clinic in Rajouri Garden, with an in-house digital lab and an attached dental academy. We're known for advanced implant, full-arch (All-on-X), and smile-design treatments, and for a high standard of patient care.

The role

We're hiring a BDS graduate for a non-clinical, front-office role — a great fit for a fresher or early-career dentist who wants to build a career on the operations and patient-management side of dentistry rather than at the chair.

You won't work chairside. Instead, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the clinic — running the front desk and guiding patients through their journey from first enquiry to completed treatment. Because you're a dentist, you'll be able to explain treatments with real credibility, answer patient questions confidently, and help convert enquiries into treatments.

This is a role with a clear growth path: strong performers can grow into a Clinic Manager position over time. You'll report directly to the founders and learn how a premium practice runs end to end.

Key responsibilities

- Run the front desk — appointments, patient flow, recalls, follow-ups, and the doctors' daily schedule
- Support lead management and conversion — follow up quickly on every enquiry, and consult, guide,



and convert patients at the clinic using your clinical understanding
- Coordinate between the clinical, lab, and front-desk teams so every case runs on time
- Manage treatment outlines, consent documentation, payment schedules, and patient records
- Work with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and support content planning across Instagram, Google, and YouTube
- Help with the day-to-day running of the clinic and assist in addressing patient and staff concerns as they arise
- Support and supervise the front-desk team, upholding the clinic's premium standard throughout

What we're looking for

- BDS degree (mandatory) — freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome
- Eagerness to learn clinic operations and grow into a management role
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English, and confidence guiding patients on treatment
- Well-organised, dependable, and calm under pressure in a busy premium clinic
- A warm, qualified, patient-first manner
- Comfortable with clinic-management software, MS Office, and WhatsApp

Compensation & schedule

- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month + performance incentive, based on aptitude and fit
- Full-time, in-person · 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM · one weekly off (rotating)
- Clear path to grow into a Clinic Manager role
