Job Overview

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) module.

The selected candidates will work closely with the Technical Architect to design, develop, configure, test, and deploy business workflows and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Work extensively on the ServiceNow FSM module and related workflows.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other ServiceNow customizations.
- Implement server-side and client-side scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
- Work with Flow Designer and Scoped Applications to implement business requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and provide support during UAT.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and configuration details.
- Support deployment, version control, release management, and CI/CD activities.
- Enhance existing workflows and contribute to automation and AI-driven initiatives within ServiceNow.





Required Skills & Experience

- 4–7 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management).
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow development and workflow implementation.

- Client Scripts

- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Prior enterprise application development experience using Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.

Good to Have

- ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certification.
- CIS certification in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of SaaS integration patterns.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or React for UI customization.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions and automation within ServiceNow.

Important Requirements

- FSM experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Hyderabad.
- Candidates should be available to work from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
- Budget is open for the right candidates, based on experience and skill set.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
