We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Tutor to provide quality classroom and clinical teaching to nursing students. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and practical experience in nursing education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct theory classes, practical sessions, demonstrations, and tutorials as per the prescribed nursing curriculum.

2. Provide clinical teaching and supervision to students during hospital/clinical postings.

3. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and question papers.

4. Evaluate students through internal assessments, practical examinations, assignments, and viva-voce.

5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, clinical postings, and assessments.

6. Guide students in developing clinical skills, patient care techniques, and professional nursing practices.

7. Ensure that students follow proper nursing ethics, discipline, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.

8. Provide academic guidance and counselling to students regarding their studies and clinical performance.

9. Participate in examinations, seminars, workshops, conferences, extracurricular activities,



and college events.

10. Coordinate with senior faculty members and the academic/administrative team for smooth academic functioning.

11. Monitor students' progress and provide additional support to academically weak students.

12. Maintain a positive, professional, and student-friendly learning environment.

13. Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Principal/Academic Head/Management.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in nursing teaching/training is preferred. Candidates with strong clinical and academic experience will be given preference.

Salary

Salary: As per qualification, experience, and institutional norms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
