Key Responsibilities:

- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media channels to foster engagement and maintain brand presence.
- Client Servicing: Coordinate with clients, understand their social media needs, gather briefs, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and popular topics to incorporate into social media strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure performance and provide insights for content optimization.
- Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms to maintain consistency and audience engagement.
- Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to develop fresh content ideas, campaign strategies, and innovative engagement tactics.
- Brand Management: Handle multiple brands,



ensuring their social media presence is effectively managed and aligned with their marketing goals.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 6 months of experience is required.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic proficiency in English.
