Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Incharge to manage our day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of goods, dispatches, inventory management, stock reconciliation, FIFO implementation, and team management.

The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, physically active, and capable of managing a team of loaders while also being willing to personally get involved in warehouse operations whenever required.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage stock inwards and outwards operations efficiently and accurately
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability
- Handle billing processes related to dispatches and inventory transactions
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring timely and correct deliveries
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all warehouse activities
- Coordinate and manage logistics service providers, including transporters and vendors




- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the warehouse
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Handle any additional tasks related to warehouse and inventory management

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures
- Good knowledge of billing, documentation, and audit processes
- Ability to manage logistics partners and coordinate dispatch schedules
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management software
- Good communication and team management abilities
