- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
- Resolve service-related queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) for issue resolution.
- Follow up with internal teams for rapid resolution.
- Achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and processes.
- Maintain a courteous, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
