A Delivery Partner is responsible for collecting orders or packages and ensuring they are delivered to customers safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Order Pickup: Collect orders/packages from the assigned store, warehouse, distribution centers.
- Timely Delivery: Deliver orders to customers within the committed delivery time.
- Order Verification: Check the order details, quantity, packaging, and delivery address before leaving the pickup location.
- Customer Service: Communicate politely with customers and handle basic queries or delivery-related concerns.
- Payment Collection: Collect cash or other payments when applicable and maintain accurate payment records.
- Safe Handling: Ensure packages are handled carefully to prevent damage, leakage, or loss.
- Navigation & Route Planning: Use GPS/navigation tools to identify efficient delivery routes and minimize delays.
- Delivery Confirmation: Obtain proof of delivery through OTP, signature, photo, or the company’s delivery application, as required.
- App/System Updates: Keep delivery status updated in real time, including pickup, en-route, delivered, or failed delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Report problems such as incorrect addresses, unavailable customers,



damaged packages, or failed deliveries to the appropriate team.
- Cash & Asset Responsibility: Safeguard collected cash, packages, company equipment, and other assigned assets.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow traffic rules, company policies, and applicable safety procedures while making deliveries.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a skilled appearance and courteous behavior when interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Daily Reporting: Complete required delivery records, reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.

It is a parcel basis you will be receiving 60 parcel on daily basis. on an average you can earn - 25000- 30000/- Per month. Need to have bike , scooty or bicycle will work as well if you can cover your allotted areas.

Pay: ₹900.99 - ₹1,000.10 per day
