About the Role

Furniture Kraft is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Market Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in field sales, market development, customer interaction, and business growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, visiting potential customers/markets, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company's sales and market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, retailers, and business partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to develop new market opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.




- Conduct market research and track competitor activities and pricing.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive sales.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits, leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Represent Furniture Kraft International Pvt. Ltd. professionally in the market.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or a related role.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with field visits.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and smartphones.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily activities effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
