Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that promote our company's products, services, and brand. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a good grasp of digital marketing tools, and the ability to work across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print, events)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence and content calendar
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content
- Coordinate with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners




- Assist with budget tracking and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend
- Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (entry to mid-level, depending on seniority)
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platform
