Required Skills:

- Passionate about marketing
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must have knowledge of digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree required and MBA is good-to-have

Responsibilities:

- Performing market analysis and research on competition and marketing platforms
- Create, manage and update the database on a daily basis
- Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Segmenting email lists based on behaviours like past email engagement, website, and social interactions
- Creating and maintaining email databases
- Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely,



relevant, and engaging
- Prepare weekly updates and reports to track the growth and success rates of campaigns
- Keep up to date and informed on recent social media trends and adapt accordingly
- Establish the first set of client communication which includes emails, messages, and telephonic conversations
- Prospecting potential clients via various channels in order to generate leads
- Liaise with the sales team for prospect handover
- Must be able to create required presentations for managers and clients if needed
