Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst / Equity Research Analyst to conduct company and industry research, evaluate financial performance, prepare investment analysis, and support the research team in developing actionable insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies across various sectors.
- Analyze financial statements, business performance, industry trends, and key financial indicators.
- Prepare detailed company research reports and investment notes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and valuation purposes.
- Perform company valuation using appropriate valuation methodologies.
- Track quarterly results, corporate announcements, business developments, and industry news.
- Conduct peer comparison and benchmarking of companies.
- Identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and factors affecting company valuations.
- Monitor market and sector trends and provide relevant updates to the research team.
- Assist in preparing investment recommendations based on thorough financial and fundamental analysis.
- Present research findings and investment views to senior management/research team.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of research reports and analysis.





Required Skills

- Robust understanding of financial statements and fundamental analysis.
- Good knowledge of equity markets, valuation concepts, and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent research and report-writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret financial and market data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Equity Research, Financial Analysis, Investment Research, or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
