We are looking for a motivated candidate with 6 – 12 months of experience in sales profile (inside sales)to do the cold calling to generate domestic business leads for IT services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Responsibilities

· Generate potential leads through cold calling.

· Identify and qualify prospective clients based on business requirements.

· Make calls and communicate with prospects to understand their needs.

· Explain company products/services to potential clients.

· Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

· Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

· Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.

· Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

· Prepare basic daily/weekly sales activity reports.

· Build positive relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Required Skills





· MBA in Sales & Marketing / Marketing / Business Management.

· Positive verbal and written communication skills.

· Confident personality with a willingness to interact with clients.

· Basic understanding of sales and lead-generation concepts.

· Good follow-up and convincing skills.

· Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required qualification

· MBA/PGDM freshers specializing in Sales & Marketing are preferred.

· Good communication and a strong interest in sales can apply.

· Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
