KrazyTrip is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Night Shift Reservation Executive to handle travel bookings and assist customers during night hours.
The person will be responsible for managing reservations, ticketing, customer queries, and booking-related issues while ensuring that customers receive quick and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and other travel bookings.
- Manage new reservations, cancellations, changes, and rescheduling requests.
- Assist customers with their booking and travel-related queries.
- Handle ticketing and check booking details carefully before confirmation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners when required.
- Respond to customer calls, messages, emails, or online enquiries.
- Help customers with urgent booking-related issues during the night shift.
- Keep booking and customer information updated in the company's system.
- Coordinate with the day-shift team regarding pending bookings and important customer requests.
- Maintain proper records of bookings and daily activities.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information about their reservations.

- Ability to handle multiple booking requests at the same time.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in travel, ticketing, reservations, customer service, or hospitality will be an advantage.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in the travel industry may also be considered.
Pay: ₹10,028.69 - ₹32,554.96 per month
