Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to promote our educational programmes through field marketing, lead generation, institutional outreach, and student engagement. The role requires regular travel and interaction with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field marketing and institutional visits.
- Generate leads through campaigns, events, networking, and referrals.
- Promote courses and explain their benefits to prospective students.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the admissions/counselling team.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular activity reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and outreach targets.




- Monitor local market and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in dealing with students and institutions.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.
- Two-wheeler licence/vehicle is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Kozhikode education market is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
