Job Description:-
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound calls from US-based healthcare customers/members and assisting them with healthcare insurance-related queries.
Candidates will be expected to provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international calls from US-based healthcare members/customers.
- Assist customers with queries related to:
- Healthcare insurance
- Claims
- Eligibility
- Policy details
- Coverage and benefits
- Payments
- Deductibles
- Prior authorizations
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare policies and benefits.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and follow applicable HIPAA guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer-service targets.
- Stay updated with process, system and policy changes.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening, comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Good multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Skilled, polite and confident communication.
- Basic knowledge of email etiquette and business communication.
- Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
