Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects at site locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all interior execution activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure finishing standards are maintained.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Verify material usage, delivery, and inventory at the site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within allocated budgets.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, reporting).

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience

- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or fit-out projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and teams.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
