Job Summary
Gaj Group is looking for an experienced Civil Head / AGM Civil to lead and manage multiple residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project execution, planning, budgeting, contractor management, quality control, billing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects.
- Prepare project planning and execution schedules.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Control project budgets and costs.
- Review BOQ, estimates, billing, and tender documents.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Coordinate with management and submit project reports.
- Lead and mentor the civil engineering team.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech Civil
- 12–18+ years of experience in real estate construction.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing, infrastructure, and project management.
- Experience in ERP, AutoCAD, BOQ, billing, and MS Project/Excel.
- Leadership and decision-making skills.
