Job Title Senior Salesforce Developer Key Relationships ∙ Work closely with Brysa’s team lead ∙ Work closely with PMO of Brysa ∙ Occasional client relationship to demo build ∙ Work closely with junior team members to train and mentor Key Responsibilities Tasks & Activities ∙Understand the business requirements of the work at hand ∙Follow the direction of the team lead to convert the business requirements into technical requirements or perform this task independently ∙Have clarity on the use case and user story the technical build is delivering to ∙Ensure the technical build is of high coding standards and proper impact analysis is done ∙Ensure all documentation is maintained correctly and to high standards ∙Capture time spent on projects accurately ∙Follow prioritisations specified by the team lead ∙Ensure commitments given are followed up in terms of timely delivery ∙Follow best practices in handling working relationships ∙Don’t forget to have fun Key Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour Knowledge: Essential ∙Minimum 5+ years of experience as a developer in SFDC ∙Experience in implementing and running data governance tasks and initiatives – data preparation, upload, error handling ∙Experience with the development and integration enterprise systems (Both on-premises and Cloud based systems) ∙Technical scoping and problem solving ∙Microsoft office tools (docx, pptx, xlsx) ∙Solution designing and architecting ∙Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on solutions ∙Deep understanding of Flows, Visualforce, APEX,
