About NexusTraders Academy

NexusTraders Academy is a growing trading education company providing structured education in stock markets, technical analysis, price action, derivatives, forex, commodities, and crypto.

We are looking for a confident, professional, and target-driven Admissions Counselor / Sales Closer who can handle prospective students, understand their requirements, build trust, handle objections, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

This is a closing-focused role. You will primarily work with warm and hot leads generated through our marketing channels rather than cold calling random numbers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming warm and hot leads generated through digital marketing, social media, workshops, and other channels.
- Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand the prospect's goals, requirements, and concerns.
- Explain NexusTraders' courses, curriculum, learning methodology, and value proposition.
- Conduct professional sales and counseling conversations.
- Handle objections related to pricing, time, trust, and other concerns.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Schedule and conduct in-person counseling/admission meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to admission closure.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with people.
- Excellent at communication and active listening.
- Persuasive, qualified, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable handling objections and closing deals.
- Persistent with follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.




- Comfortable communicating both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Presentable and professional when meeting prospective students.
- Able to work independently in a performance-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Education / EdTech sales
- Financial services / BFSI
- Trading or stock market sales
- Real estate sales
- Insurance sales
- High-ticket sales
- Inside sales / telesales
- Counseling and admissions

Knowledge of stock markets and trading is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

+ HIGH PERFORMANCE-BASED COMMISSIONS
