About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Craft Coach to strengthen Product Management capabilities, practices, and standards across the organization.

This is a senior Individual Contributor role for an accomplished Product Management professional with deep hands-on experience in product discovery, strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, delivery, and customer-centric product development who is passionate about developing other Product Managers.

Unlike a traditional Product Manager position, this role will not own a specific product or roadmap. Instead, the Product Craft Coach will work across Product teams to:

- Coach and mentor Product Managers and Product leaders.
- Improve Product Management practices and ways of working.
- Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, templates, and standards.
- Build Product Management capabilities across the organization.
- Establish a consistent culture of Product Management Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Coaching & Mentoring

- Coach and mentor Product Managers and Product leaders across different levels.
- Provide practical guidance on discovery, product strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Conduct individual and team coaching sessions to strengthen Product Management skills and decision-making.
- Help PMs navigate complex product challenges and improve customer and business outcomes.
- Provide structured feedback and support continuous professional development.

Product Practices & Standards

- Define and improve Product Management frameworks, playbooks, templates, standards, and best practices.




- Establish consistent approaches to product discovery, customer validation, strategy, roadmapping, backlog management, and delivery.
- Identify gaps in existing Product Management practices and recommend scalable improvements.
- Help teams move from feature/output-oriented delivery toward customer-value and outcome-driven Product Management.
- Promote evidence-based decision-making using customer insights, experimentation, product data, and business outcomes.

Product Discovery & Strategy

- Coach teams on effective product discovery and customer-validation techniques.
- Help Product Managers translate customer problems into clear product opportunities.
- Guide teams in defining product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmaps.
- Strengthen prioritization based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Help teams break complex initiatives into meaningful and incremental product outcomes.

Product Capability Development

- Define and evolve Product Management competency and maturity frameworks.
- Identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives.
- Create and facilitate training programs, workshops, product clinics, practical exercises, and learning resources.
- Support onboarding and development programs for Product Managers.
- Partner with Product leadership to continuously improve Product Management maturity.

Product Community & Continuous Improvement

- Build and facilitate a strong Product Management Community of Practice.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, case studies, and peer-learning forums.




- Promote collaboration and consistent Product Management practices across distributed teams.
- Assess Product Management maturity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Measure the adoption and effectiveness of Product Management practices and continuously refine them.

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive hands-on experience in Product Management within software, SaaS, digital, or technology products.
- Strong expertise across the Product Management lifecycle, including:

- User Stories & Story Decomposition
- Product Delivery
- Product Metrics & Outcome Measurement

- Proven experience coaching, mentoring, or developing Product Managers.
- Ability to coach both experienced Product Managers and Product leaders.
- Robust understanding of modern, customer-centric and outcome-driven Product Management practices.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX/Design, Research, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation experience across workshops, coaching sessions, product reviews, or training programs.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to influence multiple teams without direct reporting authority.

Highly Preferred

- Experience with Product Management CoE, Product Excellence, Product Enablement, Product Operations, or similar functions.
- Experience creating PM frameworks, playbooks, templates, standards, or operating models.
- Experience developing Product Management competency or maturity frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering PM training programs, workshops, or learning curricula.
- Experience building or leading a Product Management Community of Practice.
- Experience coaching Product Managers across multiple teams or product portfolios.
- Background in a large product company, Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, Digital Banking, or technology organization is advantageous.
