Key Responsibilities

- Even 10th pass can apply.
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers as per business requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Energetic, confident and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
- Comfortable working in day rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Interview Process:

Total 3 Rounds.

- 1 AI Virtual Round
- Other 2 Face to Face.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
