Staff Nurse – Operation Theatre

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 0–5 years preferred, preferably in an OT setting

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist ophthalmic surgeons during surgeries and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre, instruments, and surgical supplies.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Maintain OT records, checklists, and inventory.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT staff for smooth surgical operations.
- Follow hospital protocols and patient-safety standards.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of OT procedures and infection control.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Patient-focused attitude and attention to detail.
