Key ResponsibilitiesAudit & Assurance

- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance assignments.
- Perform audit procedures and assist in examination of books of accounts, supporting documents, vouchers, and financial records.
- Assist in verification of revenue, expenses, fixed assets, inventories, receivables, payables, bank balances, and other financial statement items.
- Perform audit testing, vouching, verification, reconciliations, and analytical procedures.
- Assist in preparation of audit working papers, schedules, checklists, and documentation.
- Support the team in identifying accounting discrepancies, control weaknesses, and unusual transactions.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Gain exposure to Accounting Standards / Ind AS and applicable audit requirements.
- Assist senior team members in communicating audit observations and obtaining explanations and supporting documents from clients.

Direct Taxation

- Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
- Prepare tax computations, including computation of taxable income, deductions, MAT/AMT, and applicable tax liabilities.
- Assist in preparation and review of TDS returns, TDS reconciliations, and related compliances.
- Assist in computation and review of advance tax and self-assessment tax liabilities.
- Assist in responding to Income Tax notices and departmental communications.
- Support in tax reconciliations and verification of information appearing in AIS, TIS, Form 26AS, and other tax records.
- Conduct basic tax research and assist in analysing provisions of the Income Tax Act and applicable rules, notifications, and circulars.

GST & Indirect Taxation

- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliations and assist in reconciliation of purchase records with GST data.
- Assist in GST input tax credit verification and reconciliation.
- Support in preparation of GST workings, tax computations, and reconciliations.
- Assist in responding to GST notices and departmental queries.
- Assist in GST registrations, amendments, LUT applications, and other related compliances.




- Gain exposure to GST provisions, notifications, circulars, and practical compliance requirements.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Assist in bookkeeping and accounting for clients across different industries.
- Pass accounting entries and assist in maintaining books of accounts.
- Assist in bank, ledger, debtor, creditor, and other account reconciliations.
- Support in preparation of trial balances, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review accounting records for accuracy and identify inconsistencies or unusual balances.
- Assist clients in resolving accounting and reconciliation issues.

ROC / MCA & Corporate Compliance

- Assist in ROC filings and MCA-related compliances for companies and LLPs.
- Support in preparation of documentation for annual filings and other statutory filings.
- Assist in maintaining statutory records and compliance trackers.
- Gain practical exposure to Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules and regulations.
- Assist in preparation of basic corporate documents, resolutions, notices, and related working papers.

Research & Advisory Support

- Conduct research on accounting, auditing, taxation, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory matters.
- Assist in preparing memos, reports, presentations, technical notes, and client deliverables.
- Analyse financial and accounting data and assist in preparing management reports.
- Assist senior professionals in financial advisory, valuation, due diligence, and management consultancy assignments, wherever required.
- Keep track of relevant changes in laws, regulations, notifications, circulars, and professional guidance.

Client Coordination

- Coordinate with clients for collection of financial data, supporting documents, confirmations, and other information.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending information and compliance requirements.
- Participate in client discussions and meetings under the guidance of senior team members.
- Communicate professionally with clients and maintain appropriate documentation of information received.
- Assist in ensuring that assignments are completed within prescribed timelines.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain proper working papers, documentation, and assignment files.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of work before submission for review.
- Follow internal processes, checklists, and quality-control procedures of the firm.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet statutory and internal deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with Partners, CAs, Senior Associates, and other team members.




- Take ownership of assigned work and proactively communicate any issues or delays.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and financial data.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and practical skills relevant to the CA profession.

Eligibility & Educational Qualification

- CA Intermediate – Both Groups passed is mandatory.
- Candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate and are eligible to commence / continue their articleship may apply.
- Graduation in B.Com / BBA / equivalent discipline will be preferred.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in pursuing a career in Chartered Accountancy and qualified services.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong fundamentals in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and audit procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take up new responsibilities.
- Professional attitude and commitment towards deadlines.
