Position - Accounts Payable & Indirect Cost Analyst

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable activities related to indirect costs, including cost analysis, budgeting, invoice processing, payment management, and ledger reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities -

- Analyze and monitor indirect costs against budget and identify variances.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
- Validate, code, and post vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Process vendor payments in line with approved terms and company policies.
- Perform AP, vendor, accrual, and General Ledger reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing, accruals, and expense cut-off activities.
- Resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies.




- Prepare AP and indirect-cost reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirements -

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable/General Accounting.
- Experience in indirect-cost accounting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
