Job Summary

We are looking for an SMT Sales Engineer to develop new customers and manage existing customers in the SMT, PCB Assembly and Electronics Manufacturing industry.

The candidate should have good knowledge of SMT equipment, consumables and PCB assembly processes, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers in the SMT / PCB / EMS industry.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customer locations and understand their technical requirements.
- Promote SMT equipment, consumables and related solutions.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Coordinate product trials and customer evaluations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Generate recent business opportunities through customer visits, calls and networking.

- Stencils and related SMT products

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or related engineering field.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–6 years of experience in SMT / PCB / Electronics / EMS sales.
- Experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Candidates with existing SMT/EMS customer contacts will be preferred.
