About the Role

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and well-organized Enquiry Management Executive to handle customer enquiries from multiple platforms and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, Facebook, email, the website, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifts, corporate gift hampers, customized products, and gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up regularly until enquiries are converted into successful orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
- Coordinate with the design, production, packing, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist customers with product selection, customization options, branding, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Achieve enquiry response targets and maximize enquiry-to-order conversion.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with pending enquiries and existing customers.
- Support seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities whenever required.




- Prepare daily enquiry reports and provide regular updates to the management.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent Malayalam is required. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, or enquiry handling will be an added advantage.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, internet, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first mindset.

Additional Responsibilities

- Candidate should be willing to handle important customer enquiries received after office hours through phone calls or WhatsApp whenever required.
- Maintain prompt responses and professional communication until enquiries are successfully converted into orders.
- During festival seasons, exhibitions, or bulk corporate orders, additional working hours may be required to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate closely with the sales, production, packing, inventory, and dispatch teams to provide customers with timely updates.
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Represent the Angroos brand with professionalism, courtesy, and commitment in every customer interaction.
