- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing using POS
- Provide friendly and attentive table service
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café, tables, and workstations
- Set up and restock service areas before and during shifts
- Assist in opening and closing duties
- Coordinate with kitchen and team for smooth service flow
- Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate
- Follow SOPs and maintain brand/service standards consistently
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
