- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the Team Lead/Hiring Managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle email communications related to interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
- Track and maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring timelines.
- Work from Office- Mandatory

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
