Job Summary

Deluxe Veneers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to manage walk-in clients, nurture existing customer relationships and generate sales through CRM follow-ups and company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in clients visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable veneer products.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, architects and interior designers.
- Update customer interactions, quotations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Conduct cold calls using company-provided leads to generate business opportunities.
- Follow up on sample requests and ensure timely sample distribution.




- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for quotations, orders and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets while maintaining excellent showroom presentation.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, interior products, furniture, laminates, or real estate (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Presentable personality with strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Candidates residing between CST and Andheri and Thane will be preferred.
