Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Digital and Field Marketing Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between digital strategies and on-the-ground field execution to promote our training programs and consultancy services. If you have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating B2B/B2C leads, and navigating both online marketing tools and in-person client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Dual Marketing Execution: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns alongside in-person field marketing strategies to acquire corporate and individual clients.
- Content Creation: Produce exactly 1 high-quality marketing video per week using our designated AI platform.
- Graphic Design: Create and distribute 5 promotional flyers/brochures every week.
- Lead Generation: Identify, meet, and convert potential clients (businesses, restaurants, industries) within Ernakulam and surrounding regions.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly marketing goals to drive company revenue.
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends, track competitors and spot recent business opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Create plans to reach new audiences and achieve revenue goals.
- Partnership building:



Form alliances and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven track record in marketing, corporate sales, or business development.
- Education & Certifications: Must possess recognized professional certifications that support and validate your digital marketing skills (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta, or equivalent certifications).
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Indian driving license and own a personal vehicle (Car or Motorbike).
- Traits: Highly dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented professional.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute reliably to our office in Judgemukku, Kakkanad.

Salary & Benefits

- Base Salary: Handsome salary package, highly negotiable based on your experience and skill set.
- Incentives: Based on the company set target per month.
- Allowances: Additional transport/fuel allowance provided to cover field travel upon handover of bills.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week with a fixed weekly off on Sundays. There will be additional days off on second Saturdays along with all public holidays.
