SITE SUPERVISOR – RCC STRUCTURE

Industry: RCC / High-Rise Building Construction
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per Month + Accommodation

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily RCC activities including columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, and staircases.
- Monitor reinforcement work as per structural drawings and BBS.
- Supervise shuttering/formwork and check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and verticality.
- Coordinate concrete pouring, slump testing, vibration, compaction, and curing activities.
- Manage floor-wise RCC construction activities and planned construction cycles.
- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Allocate work and manage labour, bar benders, shuttering carpenters, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality of reinforcement, shuttering, embedded items, and concrete work.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and work-at-height procedures.
- Monitor the availability of construction materials, tools, and RCC equipment.




- Track daily progress, manpower, concrete, reinforcement, and shuttering activities.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, Survey, and MEP teams.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in RCC / High-Rise Building Construction.
- Practical knowledge of reinforcement, BBS, shuttering, and concreting.
- Ability to understand and follow structural and architectural drawings.
- Good labour and subcontractor handling skills.
- Knowledge of line, level, alignment, dimensions, and verticality.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering preferred.
