We are hiring experienced candidates for an L3 International Non-Voice Process with a strong background in Accounts and Finance.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a quick-paced international support environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer or process-related queries through non-voice channels.
- Work on accounts and finance-related queries and processes.
- Analyze and resolve issues accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and cases.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduates only.
- Experience: Only 3+ years experienced candidates can apply.




- Candidates must have relevant experience and good knowledge in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates with a 30-day notice period can apply.
- Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Salary & Benefits

Up to 30% hike on the current CTC, based on experience and interview performance.
