We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and improve our online advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and daily budgets.
- Optimize campaigns to get better leads, sales, and ROI.
- Create and test different ads, audiences, and strategies.
- Track important metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
- Monitor competitors and identify current marketing opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with targets and budgets.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
