Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive lead generation and demand generation through digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across relevant channels.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Monitor sales and marketing performance, analyze market trends, and optimize strategies.
Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and marketing campaigns to maximize business growth.
Prepare business reports, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
Mentor and guide team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
