Position - HR Executive

Location : Chennai

Experience

1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably with hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- Robust knowledge of basic HR processes and practices

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
- Handle job postings through various recruitment portals and sourcing channels..
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement and grievance management.




- Prepare regular HR reports and provide recruitment and employee-related updates to management.
