We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to own and grow our domestic and international marketplace business across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage marketplace operations across domestic and international channels.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and product launches.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and POCs.
- Create and update product listings.
- Manage product descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and completeness.
- Track sales, conversion rates, and inventory levels.
- Prepare marketplace performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
- Resolve operational and catalog-related issues.
- Support promotions and marketplace campaigns.

Requirements

- Experience managing ecommerce marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of marketplace operations and cataloging.
- Positive Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience with beauty, personal care, or D2C brands preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
