We are looking for a proactive and independent HR Generalist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across core HR functions and be capable of managing day-to-day HR operations independently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries independently.
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS-related activities.




- Assist with payroll inputs and coordination to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and proactively address HR-related issues while working closely with management and employees.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
