BHK World is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Managers/Sales Professionals to join our growing team. Candidates with strong knowledge of the Thane, Central Mumbai and KDMC real estate markets will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle leads, client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Generate business through direct clients, references and channel partners.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and CRM updates.
- Stay updated with property projects, pricing and market trends.
- Experienced candidates may also be responsible for guiding and managing the sales team.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Thane, Central Mumbai & KDMC preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Confident, self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong broker/channel partner network will be an advantage.
