Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-focused Client Communication Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers who are comfortable communicating with clients in Hindi and English and are interested in developing their skills in client handling, communication, and business operations.

No prior experience is required. Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with clients in Hindi and English.
- Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain services clearly.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Develop strong convincing, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Support the team with client communication and social media activities.
- Learn company processes, services, projects, and communication techniques.




- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth client communication.

Requirements & Skills

- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media is preferred.
- Smart, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Good understanding and quick-learning ability.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
